I'm not Oprah...
BUT...I am doing my first giveaway!!! That's kinda like Oprah, right? Theresa from CUTE is giving away 3 SugarChic-inspired Valentine cupcake kits. Three kits = three winners. Cool, huh?

24 Sugar Lay-ons (in cute hearts, flowers and butterflies), 12 Polka dot liners, 12 gingham liners, 1 jar of SugarChic (orange and pink sprinkles) and 3 jars of colored sanding sugar.
