Yee Haw!

This was my first opportunity to do "western" (if you will) cookies!  Erin has sons who go to my son's preschool and we see each other at the gym almost daily!  If you were to look at her, you would think she doesn't TOUCH cookies.  So when she placed an order, I was excited to feed her some cookies!  

Her friend is moving to Texas and she wanted some cute cookies for the going away get-together.  I didn't have a Texas cutter, but I improvised and made a template.  It's always fun to see your template come to life.  I also did some fun boots and hats.  

 Not bad for cutting them by hand.  :)

And Texas has to have the bling.

Do these say Texas?

I had to throw some Buckeyes in the platter.
