Happy St. Patrick's Day! I never thought that it would be my busiest week yet, but it has been and it's not over! I made shamrocks...LOTS of shamrocks this week.
However, I had no desire to do them up with elaborate designs and piping. For some reason, I only saw simple,
chic shamrocks. All I did was vary the colors (which is work enough to make several colors of icing) and use my favorite thing...sugar! So here they are in all their sparkly glory!
I told ya...
I really don't have much to say about them.
There were huge and very pretty!

I did two purple ones for my friend, Kate's order.
I hope Maggie and Annie loved them!
